Professional Experience

Jake Young has been in the commercial real estate industry for more 10 years and joined CBRE’s Multifamily Services in Denver Colorado in 2014. Jake is primarily responsible for multifamily investment sales throughout Colorado, as well as financial and market analysis, preparing offering documents and coordinating due diligence. During the course of his career, Jake has completed in excess of $1.5 billion in commercial real estate transactions.

Prior to joining CBRE, Jake was an Associate Director specializing in multifamily sales and debt at HFF’s Denver Colorado office. Prior to that, Jake was a Senior Real Estate Analyst with CBRE and an Associate Vice President at Grubb & Ellis Equity Advisors, LLC.
