Hunter McDonald is a Vice President located in CBRE’s Ontario office, where he focuses on representing principals and occupiers of industrial real estate. He is responsible for coordinating and implementing business development strategies, and leveraging existing clients to source new opportunities. Hunter works alongside Dan de la Paz and Joey Sugar driving new business development; focusing on the cultivation of new local and national business. Hunter’s responsibilities include assisting his senior brokers on the execution of advisory and transactional assignments for major local, institutional, corporate and developer clients.
Hunter has experience marketing and transacting agency assignments primarily for private and institutional industrial clients. He started his career in industrial real estate in 2010 with Binswanger/Realty Advisory Group, Inc. with a focus on the Los Angeles industrial market. He provided highly individualized real estate solutions, including strategic advisory, lease and portfolio administration, and transaction and implementation management. Prior to joining Binswanger/Realty Advisory Group, Inc. he worked at Jones Lang LaSalle with the Downtown Los Angeles Law Firm Practice Group.
