Hollie Simunovic is a member of the San Francisco Urban Retail team, which focuses on representation and consulting for best-in-class landlords and tenants. Hollie and the Urban Retail Team are called on for their exceptional consulting work for assets in need of repositioning, particularly large-scale properties. As such, Hollie and the team are thrilled to be working on the repositioning and place-making of 100,000 SF at the internationally iconic Ghirardelli Square with Jamestown Properties as well as 70,000 SF of retail at the highly anticipated Uptown Station, Oakland in the former Sears building with CIM.
Among other projects, Hollie is leading the execution at the highly anticipated Uptown Station in Oakland and iconic Ghirardelli Square in San Francisco. Since joining, Hollie has helped lease 42,000+ SF at Ghirardelli Square and today the asset is 98% leased with growing sales volumes. Hollie is also focused on leasing efforts for 245 Post Street in the heart of Union Square. She is passionate about discovering new and exciting retail concepts and business development opportunities. As such, Hollie has secured many of these retailers for the projects the Urban Retail Team represents, and she continues to generate new opportunities. She is specifically passionate about project merchandising and strategy and is consistently researching both market and retailer trends.
Prior to joining the team, Hollie spent years in sales and account management in the hospitality and technology industries. Hollie’s experience in sales and business development brings a unique and creative dynamic to the Urban Retail Team.
