Gunnar Kohl is a transaction manager and a member of Jacob Bobek, Scott Steuber and Jeff Vertun’s occupier team. He is located at CBRE’s global headquarters in Downtown Los Angeles, and specialize in advising a variety of office tenants in Southern California and globally with their real estate needs. Mr. Kohl’s primary focuses include but are not limited to sourcing locations, labor analytics, workplace strategy and space programming.
Mr. Kohl joined CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services group after two years in the engineering field. He uses his background in engineering and experience in real estate as tools to analyze client scenarios, negotiate complex transactions and deliver the best possible results for his clients. Objectives for his clients include reducing costs, improving efficiency and managing risk across their real estate portfolios. His passion and ambition for achieving clients' real estate goals, combined with a strong knowledge of the commercial real estate market, make him a diversely skilled and apt broker.
