Greg Thornburgh is a Senior Business Analyst for one of the top-performing Multifamily Institutional Properties teams in the nation. Greg uses market examination, trend analysis, and underwriting acumen to position multifamily assets for sale. He also manages public relations and media campaigns to enhance the team’s presence in the Phoenix market.
Previously, Greg led the marketing and public relations efforts for CBRE’s top producing institutional office and industrial sales team in San Diego where he created best-in-class offering memorandums and business development presentations. He also scripted and produced over 20 marketing videos for institutional investment clients.
Greg started his CBRE career in 2007 as the Communications Specialist for the San Diego region. He handled all local and regional public relations and corporate communications responsibilities for three San Diego offices. He enhanced the firm's media presence utilizing targeted press release and advertising campaigns to heighten brand awareness and he wrote, placed, and published dozens of articles in local and national industry publications.
Additionally, he honed his corporate communications and media outreach skills as the public relations manager for an Am-Law 100 law firm and he coordinated a multi-million-dollar annual advertising budget for the second largest non-profit university in California.
