Greg has been supporting Corporate Real Estate departments for over 30 years which include retail, warehouse, office and industrial clients. He is currently the Project Management Service Line Leader and is the intermediary between Florida Power & Light Corporate Real Estate and all CBRE Project Managers.
Upon joining CBRE in 2006, Greg served as the Director of the South Florida Project Management Team overseeing numerous corporate renovations and expansions for our investor clients. In 2011 he became Sr. Project Manager on the Florida Power & Light account responsible for the management of Corporate Real Estate capital projects throughout the 3 million SF portfolio. Major assignments to both the Juno Beach Corporate headquarters and Jupiter West campus included the construction of the approximate 16,500 SF, $8.5 million, training and meeting center, new parking lots, office renovations, lighting upgrades, and new roofs.
Prior to joining CBRE, Greg was the Director of Development, at Cedarwood Development and was responsible for the support of CVS Pharmacy in providing new sites in Palm Beach, Broward, Dade counties and the southwest coast of Florida. He negotiated and reviewed the terms of lease and land contract documents to substantiate the requirements of each site.
