Felicia leads, facilitates, and identifies process development and improvement initiatives across the BP account for CBRE. She works closely with the service line managers on process improvement strategy which includes communication with their cross site counterparts as initiatives are being implemented.
As a portfolio resource, Felicia is responsible for prioritizing cross site process
initiatives based on the greatest impact given each site’s individual goals and
challenges. She also has ownership of the client’s survey process and works closely with the Technology Lead on implementation of technology initiatives.
Felicia has more than 15 years of combined process improvement experience in manufacturing and business processes. Prior to joining CBRE, she spent more than 9 years with Maritz as a Process Improvement Consultant working with the owners of General Motors dealerships and their leadership teams.
Before starting her business process improvement path, Felicia held engineering roles at General Motors and General Electric.
