Professional Experience 


Based out of CBRE’s West LA office, Evan Clark specializes in commercial real estate services for retail properties. Evan focuses on landlord representation and the acquisition and disposition of high street retail properties on LA’s Westside. Evan works with a range of private capital and institutional clients in the Los Angeles market. Evan joined CBRE to partner with Brandon Cohan who is one of the top retail leasing and sales specialists in Los Angeles. Together, they are committed to creating the ultimate client experience for their partners and clients.

Evan’s strength is his vast knowledge of the retail landscape across LA’s many submarkets and tracking latest trends, including the impact of COVID 19 on the future of commercial real estate. Evan has already been awarded several notable leasing and sales assignments based on his background.

Evan graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder, where he studied business marketing and real estate. Evan began his real estate career working in the Denver market at David Hicks and Lampert. After moving back to California, Evan was hired at CBRE and has never looked back.
