Professional Experience
Eric is CBRE’s Director of Research and Thought Leadership for the Pacific Southwest Division, where he oversees the region’s delivery of forward-looking insights spanning all major property sectors. His innovative research describes the region’s evolving commercial real estate landscape and informs CBRE’s client-oriented solutions. Eric is a frequent speaker and panelist at industry events and regularly contributes to national and regional media.
Eric is an experienced researcher with a deep knowledge of real estate markets and a proven track record of successfully leveraging data to assess industry trends. He previously worked with RCLCO Real Estate Advisors where he was a Vice President, leading research and strategic consulting engagements with clients across real estate sectors and a range of global markets. Prior to that, Eric worked as an economic analyst at PlaceWorks in Orange County.
Eric graduated magna cum laude from Yale University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and is a Robert C. Bates Fellow.
