Professional Experience


Eric Wagner is a seasoned professional with more than 25 years of experience in the design and construction industry. As a Senior Director of Project Management, Eric leads the New Jersey project management team and he also leads CBRE’s Development Advisory, a new service offering in the Northeast. This service unites development and project management to guide the development or redevelopment process for their clients, from inception to completion—while mitigating risk and controlling the project budget and schedule.

 Eric’s experience encompasses a wide variety of projects with values ranging from $10 million to $1 billion including high-end office interiors and ground-up developments in diverse sectors such as residential, office, healthcare, retail and mixed-use. He is an expert in the complex process of building repositioning, assisting his clients with major capital projects as they repurpose and retrofit aging properties to significantly increase value. He stewards the project team through the entitlement, lease negotiations, design and construction process, while providing oversight and devising strategies to maintain the established project budget and schedule. Eric uses his experience to negotiate savings of time and money in all phases of the construction process and has spent virtually his entire career as a construction coordinator and manager.
