Elyse Rothman is the Regional Office and Client Services Manager for Florida. Her responsibilities include oversight of all aspects of the business operation with primary responsibility for new employee onboarding; facilities; employee relations; business continuity; procurement; office equipment and supplies; and local vendor relationships and service contracts. In the capacity of Client Services Manager, she also supports our producers and ensures consistency of services to both internal and external clients; supports our Client Relationship Managers; provides guidance on template/property marketing and proposals; and partners with the marketing and research divisions. Elyse is skilled in planning, budgeting, and problem-, and has excellent interpersonal and employee relations skills. She was integral to the roll out in Florida of a new employee onboarding system.
Elyse drives the Florida CBRE Cares efforts throughout the state and is passionate about giving back to the community. As part of the CBRE Cares Birthday Cake Program, the Fort Lauderdale and Tampa office has delivered hundreds of cakes to the community. She is also involved with the National Rebuilding Together effort. Other charities Elyse has partnered with are: The Handy Organization, Gilda’s Club, The Covenant House of Florida, Kids in Distress, Cooperative Feeding Program and Feeding South Florida.
Prior to becoming the Regional Office/Client Services Manager, Elyse served as Office Operations Manager for the Fort Lauderdale/Palm Beach markets, and Transaction Coordinator and Office Services Administrator for CBRE’s Fort Lauderdale market. Before joining CBRE, she was the Manager of National Accounts, Customer Service for the Aurafin Corporation, a jewelry manufacturer and distributor, where she was responsible for customer service personnel in monitoring workflow, employee performance, training and recruiting.
Elyse has more than 20 years of management experience with a proven track record for consistently delivering cost savings along with operational improvement and efficiencies.
