Eleana Hsu is a sales assistant focused on listing coordination, client services, and transaction management with CBRE’s East Bay Multifamily Investment Properties Group. She is responsible for preparing pitch materials, interfacing with clients, researching zoning & permitted uses, performing rent surveys, and preparing a range of documents critical to the due diligence and transaction cycle.
Prior to joining the team, Eleana worked as a market researcher for CBRE, analyzing key market indicators and authoring quarterly Marketview reports. Before joining CBRE, Eleana worked as a paralegal for 4 years specializing in legal research and document review for the Mexican Consulate. Eleana has additionally worked for a private developer where she assisted with site acquisition, entitlements, governmental approvals, and financial analyses.
Eleana holds a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) and a Masters of Legal Studies (MLS) from the University of Arizona, in addition to a Bachelors of Arts in Philosophy and English from the same institution.
In her free time, Eleana enjoys studying and identifying the natural world around her, with an emphasis on finding and harvesting wild foods. She is a member of Bay Area Mycological Society and Counter Culture Labs in Oakland.
