Doug Leary is a Senior Vice President at CBRE in Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Leary is the leader of the Office Specialty Group, focusing on seamless client representation. Mr. Leary’s professional experience includes commercial real estate landlord representation, tenant representation, build-to-suit development, transaction management, and consulting services throughout Northeast Ohio. He joined CBRE in 1987 as an office-leasing specialist and has been the number one overall producer in the Cleveland office for fifteen years. He has leased or sold over five million square feet of office space throughout Northeast Ohio. Mr. Leary has been the recipient of several NAIOP/SIOR awards, including “Office Deal of the Year” and “Office Broker of the Year” for the Greater Cleveland area.
