Professional Experience
Doug's real estate career is replete with achievements and noteworthy transactions in all branches of commercial brokerage. His experience includes the marketing of major business parks as well as the sale and leasing of industrial, office, and retail/commercial buildings. His expertise has also encompassed land, tenant representation and real estate investments. His transactions exceed 1,000 acres in land sales and the leasing and sale of over 10 million square feet of industrial and office space, with total transaction considerations in excess of $1.5 billion. Over the past several years Doug’s major emphasis has been the marketing of land suitable for multi-family, condominium and hotel development, both as listed and off-market opportunities.
