Derek Fasulo

Derek Fasulo is a Vice President on the Debt & Structured Finance team in Houston, TX.  He joined CBRE Capital Markets in 2013 and specializes in the advisement of multifamily, retail, office and industrial assets.  He is actively engaged in the underwriting, structuring, placement, closing, and servicing of debt and equity commercial real estate investments. 

Prior to joining CBRE’s Debt & Structure Finance group, he started his commercial real estate career in 2010 with CBRE’s Valuation and Advisory Services division as a commercial real estate appraiser.
