Professional Experience
As the Research Analyst for CBRE Cincinnati/Dayton, Demetri writes quarterly reports relating to market conditions such as sales, vacancy, inventory base, absorption, rents, tenants and leasing activity. He also creates custom real estate and economic analysis reports which enables clients to have a better understanding of individual markets.
Demetri earned his Master of City and Regional Planning from the University of Memphis in 2012. While completing his graduate degree, he served as a graduate assistant and worked with the Memphis business community on a variety of projects involving economic development, housing and private-public partnerships. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Commercial Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati in 2006.
He is a licensed real estate professional in the State of Ohio.
