Professional Experience
David Hickman is a Senior Vice President of CBRE. During his 32-year career at CBRE, David has been involved in a variety of Tenant Representation location assignments throughout the Kansas City area, as well as in Wichita, Nebraska, Topeka, Lawrence, and the Columbia, Missouri trade areas. David is well-connected with all the premier national and local Landlords with assets in the market to enhance a deep understanding of all the available options.
Mr. Hickman is consistently a top producer in the Kansas City office in addition to being in the top 30 producers nationally with CBRE, Retail Specialty. He has been involved in over $900 Million of retail transactions throughout his career. In 2015, David was named Kansas City Retail Broker of the Year, by KCRAR. Additionally, David was recently named a CoStar Power Broker in 2017.
