“Having sold our veterinary practice 3 years ago, we decided it was time to sell the building. We interviewed three realty groups. We were very impressed with David & John. They were the only group who had a "proper" presentation informing us what they could do for us. They listened to our concerns about selling our "baby" that we owned since 1986. Once we decided on CBRE, they went right to work. We had 6 interested parties within a week."
- James A. Lehnerd, DVM, Susan L. Lehnerd

“Often, as we worked through the prices, it was clear that we had timely, reliable, and intelligent representation – a consummate professional. We’d recommend David to anyone looking for a professional commercial realty representation.”
- PDS Planning, Inc, Jamie Menges, Rita Itsel, Kurt Brown

“From engagement of your services, late in May, to closing the property late in October, your counsel and timely communication regarding prospects and property issues was professional. We appreciate your spiritual sensitivity and your willingness to help us with property issues totally outside the scope of your engagement.”
- Indianola Church or Christ, Lee W. Botkin
