Professional Experience

David Fullington is a Senior Vice President with CBRE and oversees the office in Birmingham, Alabama. He has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience in Birmingham and is responsible for the development and expansion of CBRE’s brokerage services in the market.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Fullington spent nine years at Colonial, where he was responsible for the leasing and tenant retention of the company’s office portfolio in Birmingham, consisting of approximately 1.6 MSF. Additionally, Mr. Fullington supervised the leasing and tenant retention of Colonial’s wholly owned office properties in Atlanta and Charlotte. In this role, he also managed new business development initiatives.
