Dave Terzolo is a Senior Vice President at CBRE with over 23 years of experience in the San Francisco commercial real estate business. He is a recognized leader in the representation and advisory of institutional property owners and large companies in arranging office building sales, office and multi-family residential development and site acquisition/dispositions. Dave has represented large tenants in significant tenant representation leasing transactions in the greater Bay Area.
Dave's property sales experience ranges from large seller's agent property disposition assignments for institutional investors, high net-worth families, private equity firms to numerous acquisition and disposition assignments on behalf of public, quasi-public and non-profit institutions including the FDIC and numerous regional banks. Dave has also represented a number of large and small tenants in their acquisition, disposition, renegotiation/restructuring (blend & extend) of their office leases in downtown San Francisco as well as the greater Bay Area.
Dave graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance in 1989. Dave is a licensed California Real Estate Broker active in the Urban Land Institute and NAIOP. He is also an active youth soccer coach and has served as President of the Board of Directors of Mustang Soccer League, Northern California's largest youth soccer league where he supervised a staff of 6 full time employees and 52 paid coaches serving over 5,000 youth players with a $2.9 million annual budget.
Prior to joining CBRE, Dave worked at The CAC Group as a Principal for 12 years, and he spent seven years at Colliers International.
Dave resides in Alamo, CA with his wife and 3 children.
