Professional Experience
Dan Wilpon is a
Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Midtown office, focused on representing tenants
across a range of occupancy needs, from lease acquisitions and dispositions, to
lease auditing and advanced renewals, to strategic solutions that accommodate change
and growth.
Dan began his career
at CBRE in 2009 as a summer intern. Joining as an Associate the following year,
he hit the ground running just as the boutique financial services and
technology industries began making their mark on Manhattan. Since then,
Alternative Investments and TAMI clients have played a significant role in
shaping Dan’s career.
Working on behalf of
entrepreneurial and early–stage companies, Dan acquired a knack for responding
to their needs with creative ideas that allowed them to stay nimble as their
companies evolved. As a result, Dan has firsthand knowledge around solving occupancy
needs through both erratic and rapid growth, while keeping clients operating
efficiently.
Beyond fast and creative thinking, Dan advocates for clients and makes himself available to answer any and all questions, even when no transaction is involved. He understands the value of nurturing relationships and more important, the longer-term value of being a strategic partner and advisor.
