Professional Experience
Daniel Cregan is a Vice President at CBRE's Providence office. Daniel concentrates on industrial transactions throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Daniel has consistently been a top producer in the Rhode Island market and is currently focused on several large assignments in the southeast region of Massachusetts.
Prior to joining CBRE, Daniel served as the President of Paramount Properties Group, which he founded in 1989.
