Dan Marconi joined the Seattle office of CBRE in 2016. He specializes in tenant representation in the greater Seattle office market.
Dan began his career at CBRE in research. This created a strong foundation which he carries with him in his current role as an associate on one of the top tenant advisory teams in the region. As a Seattle native, Dan is able to leverage his local knowledge which, combined with the collective commercial office leasing experience of his team, allows him to create outstanding solutions for his clients.
Dan and his team specialize in representing the real estate portfolios of clients ranging from local startups to global Fortune 500 companies. They incorporate a wide range of tools and services, including market evaluation, financial analysis, project management and workplace strategy, to deliver an unmatched level of value to their clients.
Prior to joining CBRE, Dan spent time in the corporate offices and sales floors of Nordstrom in Downtown Seattle. During his years at Boston University, Dan was a Varsity member of the Division 1, top-10 nationally-ranked Men’s Rowing team. His ten years as a competitive rower fostered a strong work ethic that he now applies in the world of commercial real estate.
