Dan Bessey

Daniel F. Bessey is a First Vice President with CBRE, Inc., specializing in tenant representation as well as space disposition all within the Northwest Suburban marketplace. By combining his knowledge of the local marketplace with a clear understanding of the client's goals and expectations, Mr. Bessey incorporates a detailed, process-driven approach when completing complicated transactions on a timely basis.

Since joining CBRE in 1982, Mr. Bessey has completed over 706 sale and lease transactions in the Northwest Suburban Chicago Market. Most recently, Mr. Bessey has completed major tenant representation assignments and space disposition services in excess of 300,000 SF. Mr. Bessey has augmented his Landlord Representation business with corporate Tenant Representation assignments ranging in size from 500 SF to over 100,000 SF. This business segment has allowed Mr. Bessey to further his market knowledge and thus, is in a position to counsel and periodically update office building owners on how to maximize the value of their assets. Several of the "Landlords" and "Users" Mr. Bessey has worked with represent "repeat" business, which speaks of the consistent professional service he delivers.
