Dalila Valls-Nespral

Dalila Valls-Nespral has been in the commercial real estate industry since 2001, and joined CBRE in July 2011. Dalila has been positioned at International Corporate Park since coming onboard with CBRE, where she specializes in industrial parks.  

Dalila assists in the management of various industrial parks owned by GLP Properties in the Doral, Miramar, Ft. Lauderdale, Sunrise, and Weston areas. Her portfolio consists of over three million square feet of Class A and B industrial buildings, most of which are in the heart of the City of Doral. Dalila’s responsibilities include physical management of the buildings, tenant relations, client communication and satisfaction, financial reporting, working closely with vendors to coordinate preventative maintenance, and lease administration.

Prior to joining CBRE, Dalila was the Administrative Assistant for the ProLogis Doral office from 2004 to 2011. Dalila’s responsibilities included lease administration and property management duties.
