Curtis Bodison joined CBRE in 2006 as a Project Manager on the Morgan Stanley account. In 2009, Curtis was promoted to Senior Project Manager. At the beginning of 2011, Curtis was promoted to Team Lead for the Retail Project Management group, which comprises of seven project managers. While on the Morgan Stanley account, he continued to manage his own projects within the Retail division, and is accountable for the successful and timely execution of multiple new retail branches throughout North America. Curtis has managed over 300 projects on this account, with budgets ranging from $10,000 to $7 million. In 2012, Curtis was nominated and selected into the CBRE GCS Leadership program for the Northeast, which he successfully completed at the beginning of 2013. Curtis is currently on the BB&T account, where he assumed the role of Program Lead for the Admin PJM line of business in June of 2012. Most recently, in January 2014, Curtis has assumed the role of PJM Platform Lead on the BB&T account.
Curtis’ experience consists of the following: logistical engineering with the U.S. Army, construction engineering with a design build firm in Dallas, and project management with CBRE.
