Craig Ferguson is a Sr. Facility Manager for CBRE’s McGraw-Hill Global Education account overseeing client office locations in Monterey, CA; San Francisco, CA; Sacramento, CA; Carlsbad, CA; and Bothell, WA. He joined the account in 2003 when CBRE obtained the contract for The McGraw-Hill Companies account (now known as McGraw-Hill Finance).
Prior to McGraw-Hill, Mr. Ferguson was a Logistics Manager and Facilities Manager for a startup software company, MetaWare Inc., located in Santa Cruz, CA. That company was purchased by ARC Int’l, where Craig took on larger Facility Management responsibilities, overseeing sites in Santa Cruz, CA; San Jose, CA; Nashua, NH; and Ottawa, Canada.
Craig currently resides in Santa Cruz, CA, with the CTB/McGraw-Hill Education building in Monterey, CA being his home office. At this location, he supervises three on-site CBRE TS technicians as well as overseeing two US Department of Defense subtenants occupying space in the building.
