CBRE is pleased to announce that Dan Rattay has earned the title of Senior Vice President. Mr. Rattay, who is based in the firm’s Wilmington, Delaware office, specializes in the selling and leasing of industrial and logistics properties in Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania.
Since joining CBRE in 2008, Mr. Rattay has represented many prominent tenants including UPS, Dot Foods, Bloom Energy and the Food Bank of Delaware, to name a few. Notable transactions in 2020 include 210,000 square-feet of new leasing at 1800 Ogletown Road in Newark, which brought the building to full occupancy, and the disposition of 300 Executive Drive, a 178,221 square-foot former R&D building, also in Newark.
