CBRE bolsters project management offerings across the Hawaii region
CBRE announced today that Nicholas Hastings has been appointed Senior Project Manager in Hawaii. Mr. Hastings has over 33 years of project management experience leading individual, multi-disciplined real estate project solutions in a wide range of sectors, including residential, healthcare, education, commercial, entertainment and industrial.
“Nicholas’s appointment provides CBRE with extensive skills in a wide range of project management areas for Hawaii,” said Kimberly K. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Hastings was the Sr. Project Manager at the Layton Construction Company, where he oversaw project management of several projects including the 1 Hotel Hanalei in Princeville, Hawaii, 803 Waimanu Affordable Housing in Honolulu, Hawaii, and the Hawaii Tokai International College in Kapolei, Hawaii. Prior to that, Mr. Hastings was the Director of Construction Management at Allana, Buick & Bers, Inc., as well as Senior Project Manager for the Haseko Construction Management Group.

Throughout his career, Mr. Hastings has served as Owner, Builder, Designer and Facilities Manager on a wide array of projects totally well over $500 million in hard construction costs.
