CBRE Arranges $5.2 Million Sale of Curtis Street Lofts in Downtown Denver

CBRE announced the $5.2 million sale of the Curtis Street Lofts, a 12-unit multifamily property in Denver, to a private local investor.

Robert Bratley with CBRE’s Denver office facilitated the sale of the 13,476-square-foot property on behalf of the seller, also a local private investor.

Located at 2063 Curtis Street, the three-story building features two-bedroom floor plans with designated office space and balconies, controlled access, a one-to-one parking ratio, a rooftop deck with city and mountain views, and solar panels.

“Curtis Street Lofts is one of few boutique apartment buildings in downtown Denver, which offers residents an alternative to the larger apartment communities more commonly found in the area,” said Mr. Bratley, First Vice President, CBRE Capital Markets. “Both local and out-of-state investors will continue to drive demand for new construction boutique apartments in Denver, where new construction yields higher returns and is relatively lower cost than in coastal cities.”

Built in 2013, the property is within walking distance to Denver’s Central Business District, Coors Field and the River North neighborhood.
