Cody Lehrer is a First Vice President in Suburban Philadelphia, where he focuses on strategic planning and lease negotiations for tenants based in the Philadelphia region. He is also responsible for guiding the transaction management process of international accounts totaling over 15 million square feet. His creative and detail oriented approach allows clients to consistently receive world class real estate solutions.

Cody began his time at CBRE as a Research Analyst where he assisted in tracking and analyzing local market trends across all product types. He is a graduate of Mount St. Mary’s University where he earned his MBA in Finance after completing his B.S. in Economics. Cody was also a captain of the lacrosse team where he helped lead the program to 2 conference championships and 1 NCAA tournament appearance.
