Clyde Reetz is an Executive Vice President of CBRE, Inc. Mr. Reetz has thirty-five years of experience as a Corporate Tenant Advisor to numerous domestic and multi-national corporations and organizations. The last twenty years, he has been with CBRE, the world’s largest full service commercial real estate firm.
Over the past twenty years with CBRE, he has been directly involved with and completed over 12 million sq. ft. of deals including the leasing and sale of the 470,000 sq. ft. building at 1045 Avenue of the Americas, (7 Bryant Park) to Bank of China; the 231,000 sq. ft. sale of 10 Bank Street, White Plains, NY. to Empire Realty Trust on behalf of Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund; over 200,000 sq. ft. of leases for Premier Radio Networks, a Clear Channel Company; 150,000 sq. ft. for Wafra, Inc., a Kuwaiti Pension Fund; 75,000 sq. ft. relocation and consolidation for MPG, USA., a division of Havas Advertising; 75,000 sq. ft. lease for New York Magazine; 75,000 sq. ft. of leases for Penton Media across the United States; 55,000 sq. ft. lease for Premier Exhibitions; 35,000 sq. ft. for Mercury Radio Arts; and multiple advisory work for financial companies such as Berkshire Capital; Stifel, Inc.; Deustche Asset Management.
Mr. Reetz continues to advise Private Equity companies, technology firms; non-profit organizations, media and entertainment firms. He has also expanded his business to include many Chinese firms including China CITIC Bank; China Merchants Bank; Bank of Communications; and China Eastern Airlines.
He has been a regular recipient of CBRE’s production and market information awards.
