Professional Experience

Christopher “Chris” Pergola is in Global Corporate Services where he is the Building Operations Manager (BOM) of the Eastern Region in the U.S. for a Global High Technology Company Account leading a team of more than 20 engineers and staff covering facilities located in 13 States. His team provides facilities management services for 4.5 MSF of high-tech, office, warehouse, lab, and research and development space.  Responsibilities include corrective and preventative maintenance, contract execution, compliance, and ensuring a strong health, safety, and environmental program. 

Prior to his BOM role at CBRE, Chris was the Facility Manager for a 360,000 SF manufacturing plant.  Chris led a team who provided daily inspections of preventive maintenance systems. He was responsible for building support systems, HVAC, Compressed air, Chilled water, and HEPA CleanRoom environmental systems. He maintained an annual budget operating within strict guidelines.

  • Chief Engineer, Marriott’s Manor Club at Ford’s Colony, Williamsburg, Virginia. Responsible for the direction and growth of the Engineering Department and property construction for a 5 star 276 room world class resort. Open 152 new timeshare units with that included a lockout feature. Opened a new pool, clubhouse, and health club and activities center.

  • Chief Engineer, Marriott’s Royal Imperial and Sabal Palms Resort, Orlando, Florida. Completed resort-wide renovations projects on-time and within budget.
