Chris serves as the primary client contact for delivery of Facilities Management services in the West Region – North America Field Sites (NAFS). With a focus on strategy planning, continuity of service, and implementation of best practices across the portfolio.
Chris began his career with CBRE on the MultiCare Health System account as an Environmental Services Supervisor. Upon promotion to manager, he led a staff of nearly 90 individuals, responsible for maintaining Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup, WA. Chris managed the department’s operating and capital budgets, policies and procedures, quality control, and customer service. He then transferred to the Group Health Cooperative account as a Portfolio Manager, responsible for administering client owned and leased space throughout the state of Washington. Chris provided real estate strategy, market evaluation, and benchmarking data while managing Group Health’s leasing responsibilities as both tenant and landlord. Next, he assumed the role of Delivery Director on the Microsoft Integrated Occupancy Services (IOS) account. He oversaw the execution of all moves and migrations across a 15 MSF portfolio while managing a diverse workforce and partnering closely with Portfolio Planning and Occupancy Management to provide exceptional service and minimal disruption to the client. Prior to working for CBRE, Chris served in the United States Navy as a Nuclear Propulsion Plant Operator and Training Coordinator.
