Chip is a Vice President within CBRE’s Capital Markets group focused on multifamily investment sales in Central Florida. Primary responsibilities include sourcing, structuring, and marketing a variety of investment property transactions; financial modeling; and evaluating potential transactions and developments for feasibility. Since joining CBRE in 2014, Chip has represented both institutional and private capital (foreign and domestic) in the disposition of more than nine million sq. ft. representing over $1.2 billion in sales. A native to Orlando, Chip brings a unique long-term perspective to the local market and prides himself on attention to detail and communication for an unparalleled client service approach.
Prior to joining CBRE, Chip excelled both as a research analyst and business development professional for two large institutional investment consulting firms. As an analyst, Chip spent years conducting portfolio analysis and due diligence on a variety of traditional and alternative investments, including overseeing a diverse portfolio of more than $3 billion in real estate assets. Chip’s finance and investment background gives him a deeper understanding of investor’s objectives and allows him to take a tailored approach when working with various buyers and sellers.
