As Senior Director, Cheri leads the US Platform and Programs team. The team is focused on identifying, defining, executing and leading operational initiatives that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of CBRE’s 150 corporate locations across the country. The focus is on designing and implementing process improvement initiatives as both a subject matter expert and business partner to other functional area’s of the company. Projects range in size and scope and provide opportunities to share knowledge, develop our people and elevate service delivery.
Cheri is also a strategist and process lead in developing tools and resources to successfully reopen our Americas corporate offices as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Diligence in the area’s of community, facility and employee readiness have resulted in a toolkit of playbooks, FAQ’s, technologies and governance practices ensuring that our employees are returning safely to our offices. As a leader and active member of many return-to-work committees, she has been on the forefront of writing policy and developing protocols.
Cheri also is an integration leader for our Mergers & Acquisitions initiatives. Having been involved in over 45 M&A deals, she has provided leadership and facilitation of operational activities specific to due diligence, employee onboarding and business integrations.
With over 20 years of experience at CBRE, Cheri is recognized throughout the organization as having a strategic mindset, a deep industry knowledge base and best practices intuition and acumen.
