Carrie Boegeman is a Director within CBRE’s Global Corporate Services group and an integral part of the Project Management team. She is currently acting as the interim Alliance Director for the Ameriprise account, where she is responsible for the oversight of transaction management, project management and facility management.
Carrie runs CBRE’s Business Information and Analytics program and produces an annual North American Office fit-out guide. Other practice areas include managing the Account Solutions Exchange (formally known as Best Practices), overseeing project management job architecture and leading the Project Management Program Management Office (PMO) Center of Excellence. Carrie also provides overall operations support, reviews case studies and participates as a team member on dedicated account project management assessments.
Carrie has more than 15 years of professional experience in project management and operations. She started her career with Trammell Crow Company (TCC), serving the UnitedHealth Group account. Shortly after the acquisition of TCC by CBRE, Carrie transitioned to the American Express account as the Director of Project Management Operations, where she managed a global Project Analyst team and was responsible for process development and compliance.
Before entering the commercial real estate industry, Carrie worked for the Hennepin County Assessor’s Office where she valued and classified property for tax purposes. She has Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from St. Cloud State University.
