Professional Experience

Carrie Wick is a Project Manager in CBRE’s San Francisco office. In this role she is responsible for the cost-effective and timely completion of multiple projects on behalf of clients. Her expertise encompasses tenant improvement projects for technology, biotech and research development facilities.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Wick was an Assistant Project Manager at Principal Builders. While there, she was responsible for assisting with the design and construction coordination for several large tenant improvement projects in the San Francisco market.
Prior to her role at Principal Builders, Ms. Wick was an Assistant Project Manager for Alexandria Real Estate.  Ms. Wick managed the construction of converting over 230,000 sq. f.t of both core interior and ground up space into executive offices, laboratories, vivarium’s, loading dock renovations, and Venture Capitalist Suites
