Professional Experience
Carey Sealy serves as Vice President Lean Six Sigma & Strategic Programs for CBRE responsible for implementing transformation initiatives in Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) with disciplines in operational cost leadership, strategic program management and Lean Six Sigma. She has leadership accountability for key programs of the transformation, including Maintenance Excellence, Self-Perform, and the Perfect Geo, driving over $150 million of gross savings since joining GWS in 2013. Carey also leads the GWS CMMS team driving field productivity through mobility and standardized processes and Facilities Management operational analytics.
Before joining GWS, Carey’s experience spanned multiple facets of management, including operations, IT and customer operations. She started her career in management consulting, followed by management roles of increasing responsibilities over the course of 25 years. Her experience centers on large transformative roles that are global in nature to her most recent role as leader of all post acquisition integration efforts ensuring smooth phase in of newly acquired entity and delivery of $40 million in supply chain synergies at CHEP. Carey’s specific successes include:
- Senior Director Global Operations, CHEP - Led all post acquisition integration efforts and delivery of $40 million in supply chain synergies; Led and deployed global Six Sigma Staff of Black Belts and Lean Experts to deliver operational efficiencies and system solutions across the US integrated plant network.
- Director, Customer Loyalty Programs, Brambles - Key driver of Customer Loyalty Program inception, development and execution; NPS increased 20pp in second year; invited to speak as industry expert at NPS global conferences.
- Director, IT, Global Customer Systems Development, CHEP - Responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to global team to transform CHEP’s customer facing systems; increased customer adoption by 30 percent; Published in SAP NetWeaver Magazine; successfully offshored BI system support to India resulting in improved customer satisfaction and reduction in delivery time and operating costs.
- Program Director – Operations, Supply Chain and Continuous Improvement, CHEP - efficiently led implementation of “Perfect Plant System” operational model sharing global best practices to gain internal efficiencies and cost savings of $100 million over five years; implemented standardized global plant floor systems and processes in over 100 pallet plants around the world.
