Bruce Durkee is a Director on the New England Project Management team in Boston, Massachusetts. Since joining CBRE/NE in 2001, he has managed significant assignments in both suburban and downtown Boston. Bruce has represented tenants in assignments involving office relocation and build-outs. He recently completed a 67,000 SF office space build-out at a confidential technology company's Cambridge campus, including a 10,000 SF state-of-the-art commercial kitchen and café. Bruce also assisted Fidelity's Corporate Real Estate team in overseeing complete renovation of its “Technology Building,” including 1 MSF of office space as well as upgrades to building infrastructure and systems. Bruce has developed a substantial façade practice, having completed façade projects at 855 Boylston Street, 10 St. James Avenue, a complete cornice/balustrade replacement and façade restoration of an historic downtown Boston high-rise, Thompson Financial campus and One Boston Place.
Prior to joining CBRE/NE, Bruce was the Director of Property Management for Oxbow Realty Inc. in Norwood, Massachusetts. He was responsible for the day-to-day operations of Oxbow Realty's Property Management division.
Bruce possesses 24 years of experience in the construction and property management fields. He has managed and overseen construction of several residential developments, marinas, commercial office and retail projects as well as managed numerous condominium, retail, medical and office building projects.
