Brooke Parongao is the Client Services Team Lead for CBRE’s Advisory and Transaction Services team in Charleston, specializing in office properties. Brooke’s team creates advantage for landlords and tenants in the leasing, purchase and sales of office properties in the Charleston market.
Brooke is responsible for the creation and distribution of marketing collateral including flyer development, drafting offering memorandums and property web site development. She coordinates the production of direct marketing campaigns for sale or lease of properties to include customized property information materials, comparable marketing analyses, market and industry research and targeted mailing lists. She also assists in market reporting, database development and maintenance, and streamlining the team’s overall marketing strategy and process.
As Office/Client Services Supervisor, Brooke serves as a liaison for marketing initiatives in the Lowcountry area while mentoring and ensuring team members continuously improve client services, operational efficiencies, teamwork and the professional image of CBRE.
