A 20-year veteran in Commercial Real Estate, Bill Dolan is recognized among his peers as a top industrial/R&D broker in San Diego County. Bill specializes in all aspects of industrial, R&D, and office properties including leasing, disposition, acquisition, investment analysis, development analysis and consulting/advisory. Bill possesses an expert knowledge of the markets geographically located in Central San Diego County with a strong background of the Los Angeles South Bay industrial market
Prior to CBRE, Bill was with Trammell Crow Company where he completed the feasibility analysis and premarketing for a proposed 58-acre, 750,000-SF, speculative development in Vista (North San Diego County), California. Previously, during Bill’s 5-year tenure at Grubb & Ellis in the Los Angeles South Bay office, he completed a feasibility analysis for a 170 acre land parcel in Los Angeles on behalf of the Boeing Company.
Bill has completed more than 1,900 sale and lease transactions, totaling more than 18 million square feet and valued at nearly $2 billion. A San Diego native, Bill resides in the Scripps Ranch area with his wife Kristin, daughter Jenna and son Nicholas.
