As a Director of Operations within CBRE's Global Corporate Services group and with over 30 years Commercial Real Estate experience, Bill leads Facilities Management service delivery for the Global High Technology Company account.
Bill is the Operational lead for Facilities Management for a Global High Technology Company with a North American portfolio of office, laboratory, manufacturing, warehouse and distribution facilities, and he is responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality services for a portfolio of client-occupied real estate that spans over 150 facilities and 21 MSF across North America. He is accountable for client satisfaction, employee satisfaction and for effectively leveraging and implementing the CBRE platform.
Bill is also the operational lead for the Client’s very key Department of Defense contract, in which CBRE provides Client infrastructure support for 138 Military installations in 28 States, comprising over 760 KSF.
Prior to his current role, Bill helped lead the pursuit, transition and provided operational oversight of a full-service outsourcing assignment for West Penn Allegheny Health System, a 6.1 MSF Global Corporate Services client located in Western Pennsylvania.
From 1999 to 2010, Bill was the Market Leader for CBRE-Pittsburgh’s Asset Services Group, specializing in leading 3rd party property and facility management business development and service delivery for a diverse portfolio of over 10 MSF in Western Pennsylvania.
Bill has played a lead role in securing, transitioning and managing more than 70 MSF of third-party property and facility management assignments. As a licensed Professional Engineer, he has collaborated in the design and construction of numerous office and corporate facility development projects, and provided engineering and technical support for managed properties across the Eastern US during his ten year tenure at Grubb & Ellis.
