Professional Experience

Mr. Lazzareschi is a retail brokerage professional specializing in urban landlord and retailer representation in San Francisco and  the Bay Area, with over fourteen years of experience.  His work with landlords has included internationally recognized addresses in San Francisco’s Union Square and the Financial District.  His landlord clientele includes Vornado Realty Trust, CIM, Van Barton Group, Prudential, RBS, OSTRS, Essex, Masterworks Development, Hudson Pacific Properties, Trumark Urban and 7x7 Development.  He is currently responsible for the retail leasing of over 250,000 Sq. Ft. in the City of San Francisco.

Mr. Lazzareschi’s retailer clientele include industry leading retailers in categories ranging from apparel, fitness, furniture, and restaurants. He is currently responsible for the San Francisco market requirements for Equinox Fitness Clubs, H&M, SoulCycle, Modani Furniture, Fleet Feet, Warby Parker, Oak + Fort, The Container Store, and Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse and Grille concepts.  He utilizes his expertise in market analysis, site selection and negotiations to produce successful locations for his clients regionally, nationally and internationally.

Since joining CBRE in the fall of 2009, Mr. Lazzareschi has been the top producing retail broker in San Francisco office. Since 2011, he has been CBRE’s top retail leasing broker in the Bay Area as well as one of the top retail leasing brokers in the Western United States. He was recently appointed to the Retail Advisory Council by CBRE’s executive Management. The Retail Advisory Council is a select group of 25 retail professionals chosen out of 350 retail brokers nationwide. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Lazzareschi was the top producing broker for seven straight years at John Cumbelich and Associates in Walnut Creek, CA.

In 2011, he was nominated by the San Francisco Business Times, for the Retail Deal of the Year for his representation of ING Direct (now Capital One) on their lease of 100 Post St. In 2012, Mr. Lazzareschi was awarded the Restaurant Deal of the year, for his representation of Hakkasan, a Michelin rated restaurant, who leased 11,000 Sq. Ft. of space at One Kearny.  He has been quoted in regional and national publications and has been a guest speaker at industry trade events.

  • Mr. Lazzareschi holds a B.S. degree from the University of Oregon in Eugene, Oregon.  He resides in San Francisco with his wife Kelley and daughter, Hope.  In his spare time, Mr. Lazzareschi enjoys skiing, fly fishing, boating and spending time with his family.
