Austin Wolitarsky is a partner in SoCal Retail | Investments Sales & Leasing Advisory, a CBRE team based in the South Bay region of Los Angeles, CA. The team provides a unique full service (sales & leasing) partnership approach to its investor, developer, landlord, and tenant clients. The team has in excess of 75 years combined retail experience, 250 properties sold for consideration of over $2.8 billion, and involvement in 200 Million SF of leased space.
An expert in retail properties, Austin serves dual functions within the team. His primary role involves new business pursuits, marketing, underwriting, and execution of the team’s investment sale assignments throughout California, with an emphasis on Southern California. Additionally, Austin’s skillset is utilized in the team’s Institutional Landlord and Corporate Tenant Accounts business which entails the oversight, management, and optimization of retail portfolios. Austin is consistently recognized by clients for his strategic mindset, exemplary communication, and dependable follow-through.
Austin was a two-time CBRE college summer intern in 2012 & 2013, he joined the firm full-time as a member of the 2014 CBRE “Wheel Program”, a highly sought-after training program awarded to four college graduates in the GLA/OC region each year. Austin is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University where he earned the Howard B. Drollinger Real Estate Scholarship as well as a bachelor’s degree in Business Entrepreneurship. Outside the office, Austin is an avid golfer and fitness enthusiast. He also enjoys mentoring college graduates and young professionals looking to enter the Commercial Real Estate Industry.
