Professional Experience
Annika Colombi joined the Newport Beach office in 2013 as an Associate. Prior to joining CBRE Annika worked at Pacific Retail Partners since 2007.
Annika splits her time between Tenant and Landlord representation. She has experience in representing Landlords on projects ranging from food halls to street front retail to regional centers with a focus on thoughtful leasing. She recently completed leasing an open-air food hall to nine different restauranteurs. She truly understands the different elements involved in creating a unique shopping and dining experience. She is experienced in strategic planning, site plan configuration, challenged asset repositioning, marketing, leasing, contract negotiation, and actively securing tenants for both existing properties and new development.
A few active Tenants she is currently working with include: Nekter Juice Bar, Planet Beauty, Broken Yolk, Fresh Brothers Pizza, BLK Coffee, OC Waxing & Aesthetics, SalonCentric and Stitch & Feather. She has experience in helping Tenants with all aspects of the real estate process, including their market and site analysis, strategic planning and contract negotiation as they expand throughout Southern California.
