Professional Experience
On behalf of CBRE Inc., Annie serves as a Transaction Manager for Quest Diagnostics - a leading provider of high-value, cost effective diagnostic testing information and services. Ms. Do manages the transactions in process of lease renewals, relocation of sites, and new site selection for California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Idaho, and Hawaii.
In her role, Ms. Do assists in the negotiation of over 100 leases and/or lease amendments per year. She drafts and creates a large variety of analyses and relevant documents, including but not limited to: market comparable reports, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), proposal comparison packages, letters of intent, and broker's opinions of value, capital expenditure package.
Annie started with CBRE in 2006 as an intern for Client Accounting and transitioned to Finance and Operations shortly after the acquisition of Trammell Crow in 2007. She previously served as the Financial Analyst for the Latin American Region with reported revenues of $60.0M in 2008 and was promoted to Senior Financial Analyst of the Western Division team with reported revenues of $1.0B in 2014. As Senior Financial Analyst for the Greater Los Angeles & Orange County Region, Annie worked to achieve consistent financial business reporting throughout offices in the region through 2015.
Prior to CBRE, Annie worked as an intern at the California Avocado Commission assisting in the Finance and Accounting department.
Credentials & Education
Annie Do earned a Master’s in Business and Administration from Pepperdine University focusing on an emphasis of General Management. Prior to Pepperdine, Annie studied Accounting at California State University, Long Beach.
