Professional Experience

Anna Faktorow is a Senior Associate of Advisory and Transaction Services within the Washington Metropolitan region. Anna utilizes a unique, multi-disciplined approach to create value for her clients in both the tenant advisory and landlord representation sectors. Through a previous career in live event planning, attention to detail and organization are at the forefront of all of Anna’s work, including bringing creative and unique perspectives to her clients.

Anna has a proven track record in both large complex leasing transactions as well as the meaningful smaller transactions that bring buildings to stabilization and profitability for her Landlord clients. Her most significant recent agency leasing assignments include the lease up of Central Place and Boro Tower, at the highest rents achieved in Northern Virginia.

Anna has completed numerous tenant representation assignments including the recent renewal of Danaher’s global headquarters at 2200 Pennsylvania Ave and the North American headquarters location for Pexip in Herndon.

Anna is an active participant within CBRE’s Women’s Networking Group. Outside the office, Ms. Faktorow is passionate about the outdoors, including skiing and hiking, is an adventurous traveler, and loves live music.
