Professional Experience
Ann-Stewart Patterson is a First Vice President for CBRE|Raleigh’s Advisory and Transactions Services, Industrial & Logistics team. As a member of the Industrial & Logistics team, Ann-Stewart focuses on the sales and leasing of manufacturing, warehouse and flex product types, handling all aspects of the tenant/buyer and landlord/seller representation process. She assists a wide range of manufacturing companies, distribution companies, third-party logistics and various other companies in achieving their real estate goals.
Ann-Stewart joined CBRE|Raleigh in 2006 as a financial analyst with the Capital Markets Team. During her time as an analyst, she was responsible for the financial analysis and market valuations for multifamily, office and industrial investment property sales. She participated in the disposition of over $1 billion of investment properties throughout North Carolina and Virginia.
Prior to joining CBRE|Raleigh, Ann-Stewart worked in the Intermodal Marketing Department for Norfolk Southern Corporation in Norfolk, Virginia. During her time with Norfolk Southern, she was responsible for developing revenue and volume projections for their three-year plan and annual budget as well as annual forecasting for the Intermodal Marketing Department.Achievements
