Angela manages the effective implementation and communication of human resource initiatives, policies and procedures. She works closely with the leadership team and serves as the human resources business partner to help ensure the successful completion of business goals.
As a Business Partner, People, Angela aides in ensuring compliance to human resource policies and procedures including employment law, on boarding and exiting, performance management, training, compensation, affirmative action planning and employee safety. She also provides conflict resolution and employee relations support.
Angela has eight years of professional human resources experience and five years of operational management experience within a variety of industries. Prior to joining CBRE, Angela spent three years with Lutheran Senior Services, providing human resources support to employees across multiple states and lines of business. Prior to that, she worked in the retail industry for Nordstrom and Starbucks, gaining experience in operational management and human resources.
